Established for almost three decades, the A. S. Alhajeri Group of companies is a rapidly growing organization with operations across the UAE.  Operating under the brand name “INDUS” meaning Industrious; the groups various divisions have gone ahead and added the term innovativeness as its maxim in its everyday work culture.  The aforementioned principles combined with our tradition of fairness and reliability makes A.S. Alhajeri Group a powerful force that partners and customers have come to depend upon in all situations.

The foundation of ABDULRAHMAN SALIM ALHAJERI’s group of companies was laid with the establishment of INDUS Contracting & Electrical Works Ltd since 1992 based in Abu Dhabi.  The company initially deals with Commissioning of Power Cables; Transmission Lines; Installation of Power Transformers; Erection, Fabrication, Welding, Electrical, and Painting of Tower Foundations and Etisalat Self Supported Radio Towers  and have accumulated these services for years. Most of the clients then required the continuous protection to uphold the projects.  A.S. Alhajeri felt then the need to extend the services under INDUS Mechanical and Electrical Works in Sharjah in 1997 in the course of Mechanical and Electrical contracting and year round maintenance services.   Aside from contracting and maintenance, the companies have also acquired the trust of their valued customers and further sustain a relationship by providing the services of their professional and well experience workforce.

A.S. Alhajeri is also engaged in the field of building constructions called INDUS Building Contracting, and begun its operations on year 2000 in Sharjah and subsequently put up a branch in Ajman. As member of A.S. Alhajeri Group, Indus Building Contracting deals with the overall civil constructions and sub-contracting works such as shuttering carpentry, steel fixing, blocks plastering, tiles, interlocks lying, and plumbing works.

With an advantage, A.S. Alhajri Group is also in the field of Transportation since 1992 based in Sharjah with its branch in Dubai.  INDUS Transport provides all kinds of facilities of loading, offloading and transportation of materials and equipment to any destination in UAE and GCC Countries. Additionally, they chartered wide range of vehicle equipment such as Cranes, Fork Lifts, Excavators, and Shovels.

Today, the INDUS name is synonymous with superior quality services in most building construction innovation and transportation industry.  The various divisions of A.S.
